Originating from the foothills of Chikmagalur, our newest coffee from Gungegiri estate, managed by Sangameshwar Estates is a 190-acre plot where Arabica and Robusta is grown in harmony with other indigenous species of trees like fig, basri, neeroli for cultivation under filtered shade. This is a washed coffee which can be consumed with or without milk. Spice overtones with a honey like sweetness and a chocolatey finish is what makes this coffee a daily driver for all kinds of espresso and manual brewing methods.

Rossette Coffee Lab is a home for experimentation, right from working closely with the farmers on specially processed lots to custom profiling the roasts highlighting the unique flavours of the coffee to finally brewing the cup to perfection.
The brand identity, logo and name are inspired by the Latte Art “Rosetta”, hence connecting the brand to coffee through its heart. Rossette aims to upskill the Indian consumer and barista’s alike through its unique coffee lab experience and curated coffee events.
