SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Customers may avail services through our website and we shall dispatch the orders placed through booking on our website.
Please note the following guidelines:
- All information regarding shipping and delivery can be found on our website and can be accessed by logging into your account. These details can also be found on your confirmation receipt that we have emailed you.
- We have a team of reliable courier partners who will deliver the requested products to the customers within 4-5 days. Delivery to some cities might take between 5-8 days.
- Delivery charges will apply below a certain price limit. These limits are dynamic and determination of these are at our sole discretion. You will be able to see if your purchase attracts a delivery charge at the time of checkout and before confirming the order and making the payment.
- The delivery is deemed to be complete after an email confirmation has been sent to us by our courier partner.
- In the event that the delivery cannot be made in the first attempt then the courier company will attempt to reach the customer for a total of three times post which the consignment will be returned. We will then initiate correspondence for correct delivery address for goods to be delivered.
- Please do note that products cannot be returned to the delivery person.
- We believe in the strength and security of the dedicated digital payments gateway systems that we partner with. For your convenience and security all payments are accepted only on our website using various options like cards / UPI / Wallets etc. We do not at this point offer the option of ‘Cash on Delivery’
