Coming from the hills of Shevroy, is the fruity naturally processed coffee from Kudiraipanjan Estate. For this lot the coffee cherries with high brix of 23 are selectively hand-picked, washed and then moved to flotation tanks where the floats are removed. The coffee beans are then fermented in special fermentation tanks in a controlled anaerobic environment for 72 hours. Post this the coffee is slow dried on raised beds for a period of 18 days which lends the coffee its juicy character. This coffee has juicy notes of red cherry and plum along with a tangy cold candy note perfect for your any manual brewing methods such as pour-over, AeroPress etc.

Rossette Coffee Lab is a home for experimentation, right from working closely with the farmers on specially processed lots to custom profiling the roasts highlighting the unique flavours of the coffee to finally brewing the cup to perfection.
The brand identity, logo and name are inspired by the Latte Art “Rosetta”, hence connecting the brand to coffee through its heart. Rossette aims to upskill the Indian consumer and barista’s alike through its unique coffee lab experience and curated coffee events.
