REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

    1. Goods are eligible for Returns/Replacement if:
      1. There is a leakage in the product packaging
      2. The package when received has been visibly opened and re-sealed.
      3. The product has been damaged or is missing safety seals or tamper evident seals
      4. The product when received is “Beyond Best Before Date”.
    2. Customers can proceed to request a refund by sending us an email on info@justcaffeinated.com within 2 days of receiving their order. The accompanying email should have clear product image, date received, airway bill number, bill and reason for refund /replacement/cancellation.
    3. All coffee / caffeine products should be returned back to us in whole and unused condition.
    4. Coffee / Caffeine equipment can only by refunded if it is returned back in unused & intact condition including original packaging and labels.
    5. Refunds will be initiated within 4 working days after the product is received by the product vendor, whose mailing address will be provided by us. Refunds will reflect in your account as per the banking clearing schedule.
  2. Cancellations
    Goods once purchased cannot be cancelled.
