Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold beans are S.795 varietal, grown and ripened at 1000 ~ 1500m. S.795 was developed in the 1940s, using ‘Kents’ arabica, known for its high quality. they yield bold beans, superior quality, and a balanced cup with subtle flavor notes of Mocca. Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold are large beans, bluish-green in color, with a clean polished appearance. these beans spend up to 40 hours soaked in the wet fermentation process, in Bababudangiris, Karnataka.

Please NOTE we sell 220 grams of green beans, the roasting service is FREE. After roasting the beans lose 12~20% of the mass. When you receive the beans from us, it will not be 220 grams. We will write the final weight of the roasted beans on the package. We also provide a video of the roast.
