Spread over 117 hectares of land is the mighty Ratnagiri Estate, situated at an elevation of 1250-1450 MASL in the South Indian Western Ghats near Bababudangiri, the place where coffee in India first originated. Managed by Mr. Ashok Patre and family who grow Arabica coffee amongst other spices. This delicate coffee is roasted to a light medium level to bring out the tea like notes with overtones of tropical fruit with a zesty finish. The light bodied coffee with medium acidity is best suited as a pour-over or an AeroPress.

Rossette Coffee Lab is a home for experimentation, right from working closely with the farmers on specially processed lots to custom profiling the roasts highlighting the unique flavours of the coffee to finally brewing the cup to perfection.

The brand identity, logo and name are inspired by the Latte Art “Rosetta”, hence connecting the brand to coffee through its heart. Rossette aims to upskill the Indian consumer and barista’s alike through its unique coffee lab experience and curated coffee events.
